TURK-HF Registry

The Türkiye Heart Failure Registry

The TURK-HF registry is a national, multicentre, prospective, observational study of unselected patients with heart failure, regardless of ejection fraction, who presented with de novo, chronic, or acute heart failure requiring hospitalization. The TURK-HF registry will be conducted in seven distinct geographical regions in Türkiye. The study sites were identified according to the Nomenclature of Territorial Units for Statistics Level 1 classification system to reflect the population distribution of geographical regions. To reflect the characteristics of health providers, the study sites were selected based on the projected distribution of health provider subgroups, as presented in the Health Statistics Yearbook. A total of 51 investigators from 41 centers (18 university hospitals, 13 education and research hospitals or city hospitals, 6 state hospitals, and 4 private hospitals) in 25 cities across Türkiye are planned to participate in this study.
